Abstract

This study aims to clarify that the problem of environmental pollution has become a serious issue that occupies the world today , as well as those in charge of human health because of pollution extended to water, air, soil, and what comes out of the plant feeds it human and animal has been caused by this damage extremely dangerous chased humans and animals as a result of eating these foods contaminated . Because of the value of high food in Dairy different as well as the importance of health for humans and Boukhasta children by what we can afford from chemical contaminants Khasta heavy elements , which increased the spread in the environment on a large scale so it was necessary to study the concentration of heavy elements dairy products different to maintain the quality of these products to protect the consumer in accordance with the standard specifications of global and local , and the study was conducted on the number of 60 random sample of dairy products , canned (20 cans of all kids products , Ben powder and condensed milk center ) , were collected from different places and then processed and digested were examined using atomic Absorption spectroscopy to estimate the remnants of heavy metals and compare the results with the permissible limits , and has yielded results for the presence of lead in samples of infant formula , milk powder and condensed milk center with an average capacity of 0.44% , 0.23% ppm , respectively. It was clear from the analysis of samples statistics that rates of lead concentration exceeded the permissible limits 95 %, 75% of the samples in baby formula and Alboudrhaly respectively while she was in the permissible limits in concentrated and condensed milk . The rate of elemental presence of copper and zinc in the permissible limits in all samples. Has been discussion of the results and the seriousness of the presence of these metals on the overall health of humans as well as the necessary precautions to avoid these risks .
