Abstract

This study aims to find out that Colistin is an antibiotic killer of bacteria and used against most of the bacilli bacterial Gram-negative and the use of sulfate Colistin in Egypt for many years as an antibiotic drinking water against intestinal infection , but without any Nchakl toxicity Ntejo lack absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract when use in drinking water , and I enter Egypt this antibiotic recently at CORPORATE injectable solution of sulphate Alclaustan we wanted to understand and study the toxicology Kolstin when used in caused Aldila for two terms during the experiment , and for this purpose have been used in this study, sixty chickens from local poultry district was divided into four equal groups , were immunization of the first groups and Altanip and Altalth twice vaccine against cholera birds remained fourth group without immunization and untreated and used as an officer negative experience , and the first group was considered as an officer positive ( immune and non- treatment ) , while injected two groups first and Altalth intramuscularly Balkolstin b 24 026 thousand IU / kg body weight for five consecutive days before immunization , was the work of a serological study and Himatologih and electrophoretic separation of serum protein and Biochemical studies and Hstobalutuggih . And Adcht study results occurring effects of immunosuppressive (due to the low level of immunoglobulins and the number of white blood cells ) , and the presence of damage to the liver (due to increased enzyme activity aminotransferase concentration Albeleareran total serum ) , and the presence of damage to the kidneys ( due to the increased concentration Keriaatnin serum ) . These effects and toxicity of the drug Alclaustan must be taken into account when redundancy infection treatment in domestic birds .
